DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days.

During busy periods or times of high order volume, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. We’ll then send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We ship all Australian orders with Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

*FREE Standard Shipping Australia-wide on orders over $93.

We deliver Australia-wide to residential and business addresses, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
